FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Bring a driver’s license and a credit card with an available credit limit of at least the rental amount plus $200 for the security deposit. If you are renting two or more machines, the security deposit will be $200 each machine.  If a previous reservation was made for the rental by somebody else in your group, the person who is actually signing the lease agreement will need to bring his/her own credit card and driver’s license. All members of the party must sign our rental agreement.

Plan on arriving 30-45 minutes prior to your tour time so we can fill out paperwork and get geared up. Our tours need to leave on time so we do not delay other guests or our following tours. If you are going to be late to the point it may delay other guests, we may rebook you to a later tour or you may forfeit your spot. 

Yes.  Well, to an extent. You can mix and match UTV’s, but ATV’s can not be paired with UTV’s.

Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1-2 days in advance are 50% refundable. Cancellations made day of, or no shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. No discounts will be issued for the late pick up or early return of rental equipment. Re-scheduling is allowed due to severe or dangerous weather conditions, but not for minor conditions such as overcast sky, light precipitation, etc.

We have a limited number of machines and we do reach full capacity especially on weekends and holidays. Try to make your reservation as soon as you know what day and time you would like to go out. 

We offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) only on boat at Sea-Doo rentals, not UTV’s or ATV’s. The cost is 10% of the rental. There is a $1,000 deductible with a $5,000 maximum coverage. This means you are responsible for any damage up to $1,000 and over $5,000. The CDW is not required, but always recommended.

Plan on arriving 30-45 minutes prior to your rental time so we can fill out paperwork and go over the rules. On weekends, holidays, and some weekdays the State Park experiences long lines to enter the park. Please plan accordingly. 

Tax is extra and is 6.75%-13.75%. Gas is included in guided UTV/ATV tours. For all other rentals, gas is extra.

You must be 18 years old to rent or drive and motorized rental equipment. We do not allow pets/animals on any of our rental equipment.
